The company is owned and managed by Ben Schaefer, a hands-on local operator with over 15 years of real estate experience and more than 250 completed transactions. Today, Ben owns and operates a portfolio valued at over $20 million, with properties located within 30 minutes of his home.
Being local allows for active oversight, faster decision-making, and stronger accountability. Ben is involved in and around the properties on a daily basis, ensuring operations, renovations, and tenant needs are handled efficiently.
